The precise delivery times may differ and depend on the size of the parcel and the delivery address. Time slot today was initially 15:49-16:49, then it changed to 16:24-17:24. The tracking system on their website isn't up to date and still says it'll be delivered yesterday. I briefly saw a tracker of the van that said I was number 31 on the route and it was on number 17 (at 17:30) but even that bit isn't showing anymore. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I do appreciate the potential repercussions of incidents such as this and realise the disruption caused however from your review this does not sound like this is being sent by DHL Express as we do not provide an hour time slot for delivery.
